Why the name Sorgu?

Sorgu means “query” in Turkish. A good IT solution starts with the right question. In our logo the question mark stands for questioning, the two thought bubbles for thinking and the globe for the solution: Question, think, create the solution.

How we work

We start every job with a conversation, and once we understand the need, we pin down the scope and the proposal in writing.

   Question

   In the first conversation we mostly ask the questions: When, what happened, who was affected, how long can the work wait? If needed, we review your infrastructure on site or remotely. The goal is to find the cause, not the symptom.
2. 2

   Think

   We summarise the findings in plain language and lay out the options with their pros and cons. We set priorities together and prepare a written proposal covering scope, timeline and cost.
3. 3

   Create the solution

   We build, test and document the solution. If you have a team, we train them and hand it over. When the work is done, we leave in writing what was done and what to watch from then on.
