As Sorgu Teknoloji ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Sanayi Limited Şirketi (“Sorgu Teknoloji”), we process your personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related legislation.

Our information security policy

Information security is the set of activities that protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information the company produces, prepares and is responsible for towards its parties. These activities must also protect other properties of information, such as accuracy, accountability, non-repudiation and reliability.

As its management, our company sets up the controls needed to carry out information security activities, in line with the mission, vision and policies expressed in its Quality Management System. The services for which our company is obliged to carry out information security activities:

• Continuity of IT services will be ensured independently of individuals, under a corporate structure, within the scope and limits of the ISMS.
• Configuration of network installations requiring high knowledge and experience will be ensured within the scope and limits of the ISMS.
• Operation and technical support services needed to keep the networks of organisations running continuously will be provided within the scope and limits of the ISMS.
• Operator services for routine work based on IT infrastructure, hardware and software systems, and ensuring data security, will fall within the scope and limits of the ISMS.
• Meeting the expectations of our clients and the organisations we serve under contract at a high level, increasing their IT capabilities and helping them reach their activity, process and performance goals by keeping them informed of technological developments will be carried out within the scope and limits of the ISMS.
• Recognising that all confidential, commercial and private information processed in the IT systems we serve within the scope and limits of the ISMS is the privacy of the served organisation’s client, it will be ensured that this information cannot be obtained anywhere, by any person or organisation, without the client’s knowledge and consent, in line with the requirements of confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Provided it stays within the scope and limits of the ISMS, the ISMS policy will comply with legal and regulatory requirements and take into account obligations and dependencies arising from contracts or third parties.

As Sorgu Teknoloji ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Sanayi Limited Şti (“Sorgu Teknoloji”), when you visit our official websites we take the utmost care to process and protect our visitors’ personal data in line with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and its secondary regulations (“KVK legislation”).

We would like to inform you as part of our company’s duty to inform under the KVK legislation.

When you visit the Site, your traffic data is processed by our company in a limited and proportionate way, electronically and by automatic means, in line with the KVK legislation. To respond to your requests, complaints, questions and suggestions about our products and services, your email address and the content of your message are recorded.

Our site does not use cookies. Only the map on the Contact page loads from Google Maps; when you open that page, Google may use cookies under its own privacy policy.

The personal data listed in this Information Notice is shared, in addition to the purposes stated here, with external service providers (IT specialists, database providers, backup and recovery specialists, etc.) in a related, limited and proportionate way for carrying out our company’s commercial activities, in line with the KVK legislation.

We share your personal data with official authorities, organisations and judicial bodies in line with the KVK legislation in order to fulfil our legal responsibilities and obligations.

Our company takes all technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data, its incorrect processing, disclosure, or unlawful alteration or deletion, and to ensure its protection and security. Where required by the KVK legislation, our company immediately informs you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

Under Article 11 of the KVK Law, by applying to our company you have the right to: (i) learn whether your personal data is processed; (ii) if it is, request information about it, and learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; (iii) know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to which it is transferred, and ask for it to be corrected if processed incompletely or incorrectly; (iv) ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVK Law; (v) ask for your requests for deletion, destruction or correction to be notified to the third parties to which the data was transferred; (vi) object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; (vii) claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

What data this site processes

• No cookies: The site uses no cookies.
• The map: the map on the Contact page loads from Google Maps; when you open that page, Google may set cookies and process your IP address under its own privacy policy. Fonts and all other files come from our own server.
• Analytics and server logs: Only IP address and browser information are collected; they are kept with the time and requested page for a limited period, for visit analytics, security and troubleshooting.

When you contact us

When you call or email us, we use the name, contact details and message you share only to answer your request and to run any resulting business relationship. We do not share this information with third parties for marketing.
